We’d love to modify our plan to meet your needs. Many of our plans already include future expandable space. While it is easier to increase the square footage of a plan than it is to eliminate square footage, some of our plans can be made smaller. Due to variations in regional building codes, we do not include heating and plumbing plans. These should be supplied by certified local professionals. Also not included are material quantity lists - these will be determined by your builder or a local building materials supplier. Additionally, architectural and engineering seals are not included. Contact a local builder to see if these seals are required in your area. You may be required to engage a local architect, structural engineer, etc.
